A: Our Grand Edition is a dedicated lineup for our Modern All-Day Polos, intentionally proportioned and tailored for sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL to provide a perfectly comfortable, relaxed, yet sharp fit without compromising on structure or style.
Q: How should I wash and care for my t-shirts?
A: To maintain the premium knit and collar shape, machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. We highly recommend hang drying in the shade and ironing inside out on low heat. Avoid ironing directly over any premium labels.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We have detailed size guides for both our Round Neck and Polo collections, featuring full-circumference chest measurements. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart in the menu and measuring a favorite t-shirt laid flat before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. To keep our order processing fast and efficient, we operate on a fully prepaid basis.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major Indian credit/debit cards, Net Banking, and secure automated UPI payments. All transactions are processed through completely encrypted, safe payment gateways.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once an order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days to process and ship. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

Q: What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
A: Because we are a boutique launch focusing on premium, small-batch fabric productions, all sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure you get the absolute perfect fit before ordering, please carefully review the exact measurements in our full-circumference Size Chart present in the Menu Bar. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our support team at anemashinraj@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right immediately.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at anemashinraj@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, we are unable to modify it.
